Change of Mind or Order Cancellation
It is your responsbility to carefully read our store policies. You are not entitled to cancel your order placed on creativekidswonderland.com.au after payment has been completed. We shall not accept a cancellation of an order for change of mind, or not reading the terms of service. If at its sole discretion, Creative Kids Wonderland do decide to cancel or refund an order, a restocking or admin fee will be applicable of 10% which reasonably reflects the loss that Creative Kids Wonderland will suffer as a consequence of the cancellation. This shall be set off against the the invoice balance.
Please note that once you have placed an order with us it means that we have allocared staff time in our warehouse to pick your order exclusively for you.

PAYMENT WITH NSW CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHER
Each voucher is subject to the terms and conditions provided by Service NSW on www.service.nsw.gov.au. Each voucher is redeemed for the full stated value of the voucher. A class enrolment order placed at www.creativekidswonderland.com.au that contains a NSW Creative Kids Voucher will not be processed until after all voucher payments are verified. If a voucher number provided within your order is not valid, we will send you communication via your order email address to notify you. It is your responsibility to reply, so that we may update, and redeem your voucher. You are solely responsible for all the information provided within your order.. The vouchers cannot be:
- redeemed for any other products or services
- exchanged for cash, gift voucher or a credit note from the business.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Classes will require some materials and these costs are not covered by the Creative Kids voucher. Students may bring their own, sourced from another retailer or purchase through our store.
PAYMENT WITH NSW BACK TO SCHOOL VOUCHER
Each voucher is subject to the terms and conditions provided by Service NSW on www.service.nsw.gov.au. An order placed at www.creativekidswonderland.com.au that contains a NSW Back to School Voucher will not be processed until after all voucher payments are verified. If a voucher number provided within your order is not valid, we will send you communication via your order email address to notify you. It is your responsibility to reply, so that we may update, and release your order. You are solely responsible for all the information provided within your order. Once all vouchers have been verified and approved, the entire order will be released for picking, a notification email will be sent to you advising the order has been shipped. The vouchers cannot be:
- redeemed for any other products or services
- exchanged for cash, gift voucher or a credit note from the business.
